Sedation Dentistry
Nitrous Oxide Sedation
Also known as "laughing gas," nitrous oxide sedation is effectively used to make treatment more comfortable for nervous patients. The nitrous oxide is inhaled through a mask and produces a state of relaxation. Local anesthetic is administered in conjunction with nitrous oxide to eliminate pain and provide a better dental experience for our patients.
Oral Sedation
Oral Sedation is also an option for those who suffer from dental anxiety. Once administered, the drug produces a calming effect, making your visit to our office a much less stressful experience. It is simply taken in pill or liquid form and ingested at a set time before treatment. Oral Sedation is simple, safe and has very few side effects.
Let us help you determine which sedation option is best for you.
